Game Overview
Embark on an adventure in Pokémon Shining Pearl, set in the beautiful Sinnoh region. This area, steeped in nature and centered around the majestic Mount Coronet, is a land rich in ancient legends. You’ll start your journey by selecting either Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup as your first partner Pokémon, aiming to become the Champion of the Pokémon League. Along the way, you’ll encounter the mysterious Team Galactic and have the opportunity to meet the Legendary Pokémon Palkia.
Using the Explorer Kit provided during your adventure, you can delve into the Grand Underground, where you’ll unearth Pokémon Fossils and valuable treasures, including statues for your secret Base. In the Pokémon Hideaways, you can find Pokémon living in unique environments—some of which can only be found in these Hideaways. Join other players for a Grand Underground adventure using the local or online communication features of your Nintendo Switch system!
Show off your style with Pokémon in Super Contest Shows
In the Sinnoh region, Super Contest Shows are all the rage, featuring four performers and their partner Pokémon, who team up to dance and display their talents. Prepare your Pokémon for the spotlight by feeding them Poffins and teaching them impressive moves. With Capsule Decoration, you can customize the visual effects that appear when your Pokémon enters the battle or Super Contest Show by adding Stickers.
